Nearly every day several dolphins are made deaf from underwater seismic testing. The sound echoes for hundreds of miles causing many dolphins to swim for safety. However, nearly all of them gain extreme hearing loss or are herded to shallow waters where they are left to die. Dolphins are extraordinary creatures with excellent hearing that is being reduced greatly due to this testing.They are innocent and should on no account be harmed. A dolphin hearing this testing would sound like a cannon in your own living room. Dolphins are very intelligent and should be protected as if they were a valuable treasure.Even though this testing is scientifically important it should not cause the death of such important animals.
