Help single mother's who are struggling get ahead in today's society, instead of hiding the actual problem that exists.

I am a single mother of 3 Children who is currently trying to get a divorce. My petition strongly leans towards creating a bill that enforces the absent party (Father) to be work required by the state if current child support is ordered. I have researched all the information needed to support my case and it is as follows. Having a single mother report in a facility for 6hours a day is not feasible, because after long days searching for employment and recently graduating from medical school puts me and other single parents in no position to excel, or get any further into the system but to just go back down. Any job offered through the medical assisting field, you need at least 2 years experience and how is a mother supposed to be able to gain the experience if no one is going to hire her.
