Most small to medium size business have a huge disadvantage when dealing with Mega-Corporations. Mega-Corporations force small business to take payment terms up to 180 days. This is monopolistic business practice and should be banned. Make 30 days the maximum payment terms a US law. This will reduce the financing cost and stimulate small to medium size business growth, which will create jobs and improve the economy.
