To help small business grow we need Resources - a) Technical library b) lab centers c) Free training class.
a) Most of our public library has very few Engineering books. We ask you to increase Engineering books in our libraries either through ebooks or printed. b) Initial prototype development has more risk and need finances. Can we have one lab center per STATE which has access to common equipment that can be borrowed for experiments. Help on prototyping parts (mechanical machines), c) Help on technical problems that can be dealt with subject experts/Volunteers in the centers.
