Eliminate the cap on Social Security tax. Social Security is currently projected to be unable to pay full benefits in the future unless something is done. Instead of stabilizing the best safety net for America's elderly and disabled some in Congress seek to quicken the pace of its' decline. Many in Congress don't have the same concerns about food, housing and healthcare of the average citizen and have turned a deaf ear to those who do. Social Security is wounded not because of mismanagement but because of a concerted effort to dismantle it. It has served the American public well and it must be saved. For 75 yrs it has served as a source of income for our aged and for many has meant the difference between self sufficiency and homelessness. Please save this needed program.
