help the state of New York by increasing mininum wage to 15 dollars an hour for all workers to stabilize the economy

I am writing this petition to seek help and relieve for the state of New York for a raise for all workers due to the discrimination of age, ethnicity, income and background from housing and declination from food stamps and from the shut down of section eight to help and continue a strong economy without an assistance from the government.
