Whereas Steven Segal, public figure and film actor, has stated publicly his mistrust for the federal government, and has expressed a serious interest in Russian citizenship, going so far as to help create and promote a "Fitness For Labor And Defense" campaign in Russia, we request that the US State Department contact Mr. Segal in writing to offer friendly encouragement and expert assistance in order to expedite the transfer of his citizenship.
