Help stop government entitlement fraud

Help end entitlement fraud with stricter case worker criteria.
-Have monthly case worker appointments on job, health, and housing status.
-Only allow people on government assistance to buy certain foods, based on healthier living.
-Get money to people with real disabilities that are physically and mentally unable to work.
-Create a new full time and temporary civil works program aimed at keeping people working and off assistance.
-Jobs would be given out at a meeting point (probably a state building) crews would be assembled and each crew would have a supervisor. The supervisor would have training according to the jobs they supervised. Projects would include: roadway cleanups, patch work, tree trimming, grass cutting, painting and other small jobs.
