In 2016 alone more than 20 innocent black people were killed by police some even caught on camera proving their innocence. And it is going to cause a national civil war once again. Because the new law in place has stopped the victims of compensation for the lost of a loved one, even though there is no amount of money that will replace the person but at least they can bury their loved ones without worry and anger of retaliation of not getting justice in criminal court... and if someone can sue McDonald's for getting fat and win, these victims should be able to get pain and suffering compensation... I strongly believe that if that is put back in place... the police officers will think twice before they shoot sometimes...out of the risk of the department losing major money...
