Every year Christmas slowly slips further away and becomes a "holiday." This year the the White House has a holiday tree. The tree has been a part of the Christmas celebration for years. Merry Christmas has quickly disappeared to Happy Holidays. We the people are offended. Everyone is so careful to not offend anyone, but we are offended and we are standing up. We would not call a Menorah a "holiday candle" that is not what it is. We respect other peoples views and it is time ours are respected too. Our country was founded as one nation under God. We have become to passive and to concerned with making sure no one else is offended. We the people are becoming offended. President Obama, please call it what it is - it's a Christmas Tree. I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!
