Millions of citizens in the USA have bills to pay, and many are getting by barely, and millions are unemployed, searching for work, trying to help themselves, and trying to help their families. This is not an epidemic in our great republic, but also worldwide. Ideas include:
(1) Absolve everyone of all past debt.
(2) Encourage companies not to lay off people or offer overtime. Make full-time, for now, be 20-30 hours/week. Instead of laying off, reduce hours of everyone. Instead of offering OT, hire more people who are out of work.
