Millions of Americans are worried Medicare is not sustainable. It might not be there when today's workers will need it in their golden years. Allowing younger, healthy Americans to purchase 100% Medicare coverage as a choice on the exchange will create a true free market. Insurers will need to start competing for our business, not just large company HR directors. Millions of self employed entrepreneurs and part time workers do not have a voice in our employer based system. They are left out. Big insurers don't want them and are leaving the exchanges! Companies providing health insurance carry enormous cost burdens compared to other nations, a competitive disadvantage. We need a strong public Medicare system so that every American, at every age, has affordable health care and free choice!
