Don't allow student teachers that are in college teach AP classes in high school. They are not experienced enough, and can cause other students to fail. Also, if a student in a higher level class, such as an advanced class, or AP class, is struggling and/or failing, they should be allowed to switch out of that class with no penalty - especially when this course of action is provoked by a student teacher.
