help Taiwan's helpless people to ask Ma administration to release the former President Chen to receive the medical treat

To ask Ma administration to release Mr.Chen-Shei-Ben of Taiwan's former President to have the right to receive the medical treatment as the basic human rights. Not only because this is a political persecution but also because the former President is facing a very serious healthy problem that is quite enough to threaten his life. Still Ma administration just keep ignoring this problem and the medical treatment team members' advice and insist that former President Mr.Chen has no serious healthy problem. A lot of helpless Taiwan people feel so sorry and sad that Taiwan now is facing the backforward deirection agast the democracy. We're looking forward to seeing that Obama Administration of US (The country which care the human right most) could help us from the hopeless situation.
