Since 2012 in autonomous region of Tibet every citizen of Tibetan ethnics had been forced to submit their passport back in hand of authority. Government; in name of renewing the existing passport into electronic version had all the passport holder deprived of their passport since then. Now it's almost 2 years that every Tibetan can't travel anywhere outside the country while all Hans can travel easily. This contradicts with the social equality and freedom movement that constitution of people's republic of china promise.
