A lot of America's long term unemployed are people that are older who have health problems that discourage employers from hiring.
These people made good livings before the crash and find themselves in an America unwilling to invest or take a chance on them,, and a govt unable to get as much as an infrastructure bill that might have helped.
Therefore I propose a bridge that can reconnect these Americans back into the economy that basically deserted this special group of the American middle class..
By using their own pensions and Social security donations over time we can help these folks and boost demand into the American economy.
