Joseph Kony is the leader of the LRA in Uganda and The Republic of the Congo. Obama has sent a batch of advisers to help the Ugandan army but he has now changed tactics. So they need more help. I am not saying we should get directly involved but either helping with sending more advisers or getting this issue brought up with other nations or even the UN to stopping this war criminal.
