Dear President, the situation in Ukraine remains tense, Russian armed Forces continue kill ukrainians, occupying a large part of a country. I want to remind Budapest Memorandum 1994 , the United States of America guaranteed Independence for Ukraine.
Please, give this country weapon to fight against RUSSIAN army.
