Ukraine needs help. The US has an abundance of military equipment we have left in Iraq due to the expense of moving it back stateside. Allow Ukraine to ship these APCs, MRAPs, Tanks, and fighting vehicles to their territory to defend their country. This will do three things, all positive to the US, human rights, civil rights, democracy, anti terrorism, and territorial integrity. The three things are 1. Helps Ukraine defend itself and it's citizens. 2. Give equipment we are not going to keep to Ukraine instead of spending more money for equipment from the US. 3. Stops ISIS terrorists in Iraq from obtaining and using this equipment to further their terrorism on the local population.
