Help undo the injustices caused by landlords toward tenants.

A lot of people ignore the struggle that tenants go through until they are face with them. I certainly did not until I was faced with the experience. Tenant/landlord needs major revision that is fair for both landlords and tenants. Tenants should not be bullied into giving up their deposits or have bills go onto their credits after their rights violated over and over.
Also many landlords require 60 days move-out notice whereas apartments do not last two weeks in the market. that requires tenants end up paying on two apartments to meet that requirement. 30 days should be the set requirement across the board.
And last but not least, landlords offer different price and maintenance for the same apartment and frequently do this to low income residents ,i.e sec8.
