Help us the big problem with the safety in a CRT Preschool located in Locust St. Hartford, Connecticut. Please Urgent

Mr. President.
Based on the more recent tragedies ocurred this time in Newtown, Ct. I need your help because I dont find any help and support by the directors of the school and the city mayor. You told the nation Yesterdaythis situation "Can't be tolerated" please help us. This CRT Preschool center located in 261 Locust St. Hartford, CT 06114, doesnt have any type of safety for the little students that assist every single day with ages between 4 weeks to 4 years old only. The management at headquarters have been ignoring the alerts, this school can be accessed by anyone, anytime, the doors have not lock at all and sometimes there is nobody at the front desk.My daughter attends this school and for almost 2 years the problem have been not resolved. Please help me to prevent another tragedy.
