Please help us in our movement to stop unfairness
In the workforce .Please help us change the unbalanced system in many workplaces that leads to mistreatment and mental abuse . When being forced to leave a job , there should not be any fear of retaliation , blackmail ,or any other kind of injustice . America is a country of liberty and pursuit of happiness . Whether you are blue collar , white collar ,or no collar , many committed , hardworking employees face unfair demotions and terminations every day . Phrases like "tenured ", "longevity" don't matter in many instances .
No one should be bullied ,stalking ,cyberstalking in the workplace or elsewhere . Everyone should be treated equally in a respectful and fair environnement . We need justice .
