help us create International Constitutional Court - the one but last appeal destination

Created by S.R. on February 08, 2013

The Declaration Toward a Global Ethic ( http://www.parliamentofreligions.org/_includes/FCKcontent/File/TowardsAG... ) suggests that the Golden Rule “should be the irrevocable, unconditional norm for all areas of life, for families and communities, for races, nations, and religions”.

In the form of a law, the Golden Rule is: Each person does to the others what the person wants that the others do to the person.
What if a person does to someone a deed which the person wants that the others do NOT do to the person? We accept that such a deed is a crime.

You must help us create International Constitutional Court, with judgement based on the definition of a crime:
- Each deed of a person which the person wants that the others do NOT do to the person, is a crime.
