When being forced to leave a job, there should not be any fear of retaliation, blackmail, or any other kind of injustice. America is a country of liberty and pursuit of happiness. Whether you are blue collar, white collar, or no collar, many committed, hard-working employees face unfair demolitions and terminations every day. NO ONE should be bullied in the workplace.
