help to keep homes especially to low incomes immigrant citizens by the ways of actively actions as below:
- decrease 30% off to 30 years home loans if these persons
already paid the house monthly payments within 10 years ago
- don't need to require family incomes to completed applications because these owners already have the good histories of 10 years of house payments
- a promised by the owners's signatures to continue payments until to pay off the 30 years home loan (this loan already 30% off)
.......with the histories, the promises, will of keeping the shelters of these owners and with the difficult of banks to take back the house and resale it to the low markets to day, hopefully, the banks will accept these..
