Kenyan government borrowed money from international market using Euro bond flotation. The money was to be transmitted to the consolidated account of the republic to be used for development projects, however the explanations on receipts of the money in the country is not forth coming and it is believed that at least 100 billions KSh. have been lost. Please help us locate the money if at all it is lost
