Article 1 Section 6 shall also be amended to say, Congress shall not bring any bill to their respective floor containing language exempting themselves or any other persons or groups from any portion of it. All previous exemptions contained in previous bills shall be considered null and void. Intent of this amendment is to subject Congress and all other branches, departments, etc. to the equal protection and treatment under the law.
