Skyrocketing membership soonafter tribal enterprises intro resulted in fraudulent administrative practices. Chiefs direct membership comms. to signup new so called members without verification at election times explaining why1980's Choctaw membership 20,000 and swelled to a whopping 225,000 worldwide today. Revenue from economic endeavors are enjoyed only by administration and friends, and their families, not shared with the tribal members who remain poor.
