Standardized testing such as the SAT and ACT have been used by colleges as a major factor in determining admission. These test however do not accurately reflect or determine a student's success in college and should therefore be banned. These tests are biased against student's with testing anxiety, those with short term memory immigrants, and students of low income families because they lack money for fancy test prep classes.
We want the president's administration to help us make colleges realize how unfair standardized tests are and also help ban them from or be made optional toward admission decisions.
