We urge the Obama Administration and the International Community to help Venezuela recuperate its Democracy. After the April 14 elections, there have been several incidents which have jeopardized the democracy in this latinamerican country, the latest incident was the physical attack on the opposition lawmakers at the National Assembly.
Unfortunately Venezuelans cannot solve this problem by themselves as there is little, to not say none, freedom of speech, all the powers are controlled by the government and the only opposition channel called Globovision has changed ownership. Venezuela needs your help, please sign the petition to at least raise international awareness.
