Venezuelans have suffered 14 years Chavez dictatorial and corrupt government. Before, they have also suffered with previous governments. The electoral organization, the army and the whole administration are and behave under Chavez regime (now Maduro). There has not been any warranty for clean elections. The results, and the way they are announced, the fact they don´t want to recount the votes in the presence of independent personnel and personnel of both candidates, are a clear indication of fraud.
