Help to Veteran with VA claims Claims should be handle diferent when request for temporary 100 percent. Not over a year

Created by L.M. on October 24, 2012

A veteran requesting a temporary 100 percent disability for a surgery that is cover under the regulation from the veteran administration should not take more than 90 days. The problem is that this type of claim is routed as a normal claim and is placed under thousand of files when it should be routed to a especial department. To verify this claim there only two people involved the doctor and the hospital. But the Veteran Administration is clogging the system placing this type of claim with the regular ones. During this time some of the veteran are out of work. When you call the Veteran Administration the answer is to file a request for harship. This is not taking care of veteran, like they claim.
