HELP VETERANS by improving V.A hospital claims processing, by switching from paper to electronic forms and files.

Created by Z.J. on May 03, 2013

Director of the Veterans Affairs (V.A) Hospital stated on 5/2/13 he HOPES to solve the veterans benefits claims backlog of 900,000+ claims by 2015. This process could be expedited by a public works project hiring skilled typists to input all the paperwork information into an electronic form as quickly as possible, in order for our veterans to get the benefits they deserve for risking their lives for our country. Currently most V.A hospitals use just paperwork and don't file electronically, causing a massive backlog of claims and delaying benefits for our veterans. Once this project is completed and the backlog eliminated, the V.A could better serve all of our veterans more quickly and efficiently. The V.A's budget for 2013 is $140.3 billion, no need to spend more, just reallocate funds.
