Help Veterans Obtain S.S.D.I. Ratings from V.A. Medical Center Physicians...They have a Directive, but won't comply!

Does My VA Doctor Have to Complete My Social Security Disability or LTD Form?
As a U. S. Navy Veteran, I feel I made the right decision to serve my country, and would do it all over again if given the opportunity. In the military, one must always follow the chain of command at all times. Am I being unreasonable when expecting my physicians do the same? Since 2003, Doctors at the Boise V.A.M.C. & the Patient Advocate refuse to follow DIRECTIVE 2008-071 — PROVISION OF MEDICAL STATEMENTS AND COMPLETION OF FORMS BY VA HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS! I need an exam and short form completed to rate my S.S.D.I. I cannot get SSDI without one and I cannot afford a $1300.00 referral to Idaho Elks. Many veterans are in the same position. Please help
