Service connected Veterans deserve the ability to use the Base exchange and other base facilities. They have served their country honorably and would like the chance to spend their money at the base exchange and the great facilities the bases have to offer instead of Walmart. Please help those that have risked so much for our country by providing them a small token of appreciation by giving them access to shop on base.
