Help the Vietnamese people to prevent environment disaster in Ha Tinh province, Central Vietnam

I am a Vietnamese citizen but I am living in Singapore and recently I watched and read news about sea pollution in Ha Tinh .All of us are very angry and worried about this issue.Formosa conglemerate must be responsible for this issue.because the sewage hamrful chemicals released from the Formosa that leads to massive fish deaths . This problem is very dangerous for humans and animals that can destroy enviroment , cause of loss habitat of fish and others specie.Humans will die if they eat seafood in this area because all species are poisoned by harmful chemicals from Formosa ' factory.So we the people ask the Federal Goverment help citizens of Vietnam by providing independent Environment Impact Assessment of Steel Plant and President Obama to raise the issue with Vietnamese Goverment.
