Help well educated, highly qualified young teachers find and keep teaching jobs!

Created by Y.G. on October 26, 2011

To improve public education, states and school districts need to hire and support young teachers who attend top universities to obtain master's degrees in education and teaching credentials, who want to teach in low-income inner city schools.

Not only are these young people willing to serve their country and communities by working in difficult and dangerous environments in a field where the pay is low and the respect even is lower, but often these young people have huge student loans to pay off. These teachers are the future of our nation, but they seem to have a difficult time obtaining a teaching position in low-income schools.

Instead, many schools and districts choose to hire uncredentialed teachers, without a degree in education and little or no student teaching experience?
