help the white people that are being murdered and raped in south Africa daily. and the whole of Africa and USA by blacks

why does the USA and canada not help stop the raping and murder of whites by blacks across the globe?
everyday hate crimes against white people .
if it were the other way around it would be a big deal.
but apparently blacks killing and torturing and raping and beating whites is OK with the united nations.
