We the middle class working people need help. The rental of properties is increasing and our families that now are being sustained by only one income need help. We have made bad judgement in our early financial days, and now is very hard to buy a home. We are able to pay them as owning a home is less expensive than renting one. Is an assurance that you have your own roof over your head, a peace for your family to really call home, but this is not happening because of credit regulations. Right now most banks want a qualifying individual to have at list a 640 credit score when right now in this days we are living is almost impossible. We the working families can pay and retain a home. It is not the same paying $1400 for an apartment than $650 to $900 for a house you can call your own.
