I would like the Obama administration to help facilitate the enactment of a consumer protection act that will allow timeshare holders to cancel their contracts, and deeds when faced with ever increasing fees and just plain fraudulent behavior on the part of the sales team.
People are unable to end their contract and what seemed like a good idea is a never ending nightmare. This business practice hurts the economy and can start a downward spiral of povertt.
