Similar to many start up seed collaborations around the U.S., a new organization with a set amount of U.S. funds could be set up to provide millions of young entrepreneurs with easy to access seed capital in the sum of $5,000. Instead of providing this as a loan, the SBA or government agency will provide this as seed capital for a 3% stake in holdings of the start up organization. It will potentially boost the amount of young entrepreneurs seeking to innovate when they don't have access to early capital.
