Help the young victims (American Citizens) of sex abuse and their mother in South Korea

I just hear the news on the internet about a mother and her two sons has be sexual assaulted by their father and grandpa and other people for 20 years ！They are all American,I hope White House can give them a hand ,help them out of these monster. Thank you.
