Helping the People who were sexually abused when they were a child themselves.

There needs to be a change in the law of Child Porn on the internet as from my own understanding the people who are being sent to Prison for long periods of time were victims themselves of being sexually abused as a child. These people are being arrested sent to prison from 5-20 years of their life when a person who commits a crime of sexually abusing a child gets no prison time or 6-12 months in jail and than let out to be placed on Probation. The people who actually sexually abuse a child should be sentenced to prison time and the person who gets arrested for child porn should be placed on Probation and required to go into therapy so they can get the help the help they need from their own sexual abused instead of being sent to prison where they can be sexually abused again. Please help
