Here in cleveland ohio i was suppose to give up an easement that did not exist there for making an easement..

I was force to give up my walk way as an easement and a driveway for my nieghbors behind me, who has a drive way a garage and a street. They are not landlock and now they left me with only 1 1/2 feet of walk way and gaven most of my property to my nieghbors for an easement that was only ment for water and sewer and utility purposes. Now they have ruin my yard my grass is nothing but mutt my who family feels invated, I was force to remove my fences that stood there since the begining of the development of this house, now it stands an open gate for intruders to come in and out of my property where my kids can't play or enjoy there home any more. We feel prison in our own house. Can someone help me in this matter, the attroney that we hired know and had tides with these people who sued me....
