We the people of the United States of America want to keep the death penalty and have Rapists be put into Death row. But have further research using the latest technology to find the significant amount of doubt in the Death row inmate's files. No more life sentences. I for one DO NOT want to pay for the inmate's life in prison. Rapists should be added to death row because they have basically taken their victim's life. Meaning that the victims have PTSD and could soon after the incident take their own life.
