Insecurity and danger keep evolving from town to town, cities to cities and families to families. Therefore, The Police department needs to be organized in such a way that it could evolve adapting to the level, the situation and changes that occurs. A Police department and laws that don’t evolve with their environment is an institution that will ultimately become ineffective, unfair and irrelevant. My solution: Proximity Police.
