What are the systems and measures our federal government has in place that specifically address the need of getting heroine and other opioid related drugs off New England city streets? I've been forced from house and home because of proximity to heroine and the denizens that follow it. Myself being clean and free from heroine, feel that it's unfair to not only myself, but those that use to call Manchester, N.H. home. Heroine is not just in Manchester, but throughout New England and is a known public health issue that is out of control, destroys cities, and destroys families. What protection does our President or Congress intend to provide us?
