This petition would direct the government to enact a law that would ban the possession or sale of any firearm that has an ammunition capacity greater than five rounds with or without an attached magazine. The ban would also ban the possession or sale of any ammunition magazine or device that could be attached to a firearm that would allow it to exceed the 5 round maximum. This ban would cover all general public but would exclude the military, and local, county, and state law enforcement.
