Higher pay IF YOU STAY To lower drop-out rates, raise the minimum wage only for those with high school diploma.

Created by J.B. on January 31, 2014

High school drop-out rates are alarmingly high and something needs to be done to encourage more students to say in school and get their high school diploma. Many who drop out can not get jobs and more often than not they end up on welfare or in prison.
I think many students would stay in school and graduate if they knew that by getting their high school diploma they would earn a higher minimum wage $10.10/hr. instead of $7.25/hr.
