Child Abuse is coming more and more occurring. We need to change the law or pently. Having a better system and not releasing. A symbol on their face to show ones wrong doing. Violation is broken daily for registration, therefore we need a stronger awareness. There are no "what if's" when it comes to a child. Pently needs to be stronger. Death or higher behind bars because one is killing a child with mental and physical abuse.
